Two days ago, our dog Duke had passed away. He had what they called Distemper. ♥ He survived almost two years ago. I remembered him being not able to walk. It’s almost like a stroke. He was on IV therapy and meds. Then he got back on his feet again but the vet said there’s no cure for it. We kept him from mingling from our other dogs in case of infection. Last Tuesday, he wasn’t able to walk again. There’s IV again and meds. But I think the last incident already took a toll on his health. Last Thursday, he passed away. ;( It’s hard talking about this. It’s hard losing a pet. He’s been with us for years.
I’ve always believe, again and again, that all dogs go to heaven. ♥
awww, we had a dog named duke pass away recently as well… on christmas day, actually :( so sorry.

Oh, sweety!!! *huge huge hug* I am so sorry. I know how hard this is and I totally know the pain you’re going through. I believe all animals go to the Summerland (a Wiccan’s form of “heaven”) and I know Duke is with our passed doggies, kitties and more.

Sorry to hear about your dog Duke. Such a gorgeous dog. I was so sad when my pets died when I was younger, they’re like part of your family.
