My first film roll

A month ago, I bought a Superheadz UWS to get myself started on film photography. It took me more than a month to finish the first roll. Most of the pictures I took were underexposed, probably because of the film I used. Katie from Curating Cuteness told me to use films ASA 400 or 800 with this camera instead of ASA 200. I’ll try again next time. Here are the only shots that came out good. ♥

Superheadz UWS, Fuji YKL 200

Have a happy weekend! ♥

I totally understand that it took more than a month to finish the first roll!
Film camera is required some of patience :p
    :)
    Happy Weekend!

I have a million rolls of film that need developed! Congrats on your first roll, I think there is something so special about film. Keep it up.

They look great! Since it’s a fixed-everything plastic camera you need 400 ISO if it’s sunny, 800 if it’s cloudy (though 800 might overexpose).
    Please try again sometime! :)

That last one is awesome! Love the guys face in the background ^_^

Sunny conditions seem to work best with this camera.
I’ve liked using Kodak Gold 200

Keep at it and remember you can experiment with double exposures, cross processing and if you’re ever worried about underexposure try asking to have them push processed.

    Best of luck x

Hey Katerina! ;) The film that I’m currently using with this camera is Kodak Gold 200. I have yet to finish the roll. It’s still my second. I haven’t been using quite often this camera. Poor thingy. :( It’s just recently that I’ve plunged into film, and I still have to learn a lot of things like things that you’ve mentioned. :D

P.S. I think you’ve accidentally commented on my test blog. :) I’m surprised you found it. I transferred your comments from there. Have a great day! ♥
